Q: How can I view the status of my order?

A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q:How does your sizing run?

A: Generally our sizes coincide with the following dress sizes:   XXS=0-2, XS=4-6, S=8-10, M=12-14, L=16-18, XL=20-22, XXL=24.  Please check the size charts listed under the descriptions of each dress for more detailed sizing information.

Q: Why do I have to create an account?

A: Creating an account allows you to store your contact information in our secure system so you don't have to re-enter it each time you place a subsequent order.  If you'd like to place an order without creating an account please mark the button "I just want to place my order without creating an account."  Please be aware that we are not able to access your phone number under this option. 

Q: When can I expect my order?

A: We make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible.  Standard Shipping may take up to 10 business days. International shipping generally takes between 10-14 business days.
